Maggie Pafford is the Interim Department Chair of General Dentistry and a Clinical Assistant Professor at East Carolina University's School of Dental Medicine. She also serves as the inaugural Dental Director of an interprofessional free clinic in North Carolina's Outer Banks. Her roles include Associate Dean for Student Affairs (2022–2023) and Group Practice Leader (2016–2022).
