Maggie Dylewski Begis is a Clinical Associate Professor and Director of the Didactic Program in Dietetics at the University of New Hampshire (UNH), within the Department of Agriculture, Nutrition, and Food Systems in the College of Life Sciences and Agriculture (COLSA). Her work focuses on clinical nutrition, particularly in burn injury management, pediatric care, and obesity treatment. She holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition Sciences from Boston University and dual M.S. and B.S. degrees in Nutritional Sciences from Pennsylvania State University.
Her research interests include burn care outcomes, infection prediction in pediatric burn patients, nutritional therapy, and public health nutrition. She has contributed to studies on vital sign analysis for sepsis diagnosis, metabolic responses to burn injuries, and public support for obesity prevention policies.
