Maggie Brooks

Dr. Maggie Brooks is a Professor of Management at Bowling Green State University (BGSU), dual appointed to Industrial Organizational Psychology. She holds positions in the Schmidthorst College of Business and the Department of Management. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D. (2004), M.A. (2001), and B.A. (1999) in Psychology from BGSU and the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.

Her research focuses on judgment/decision-making, employee recruitment, workplace diversity, and bias mitigation. She teaches courses in human resource management, organizational behavior, and research methods.
