Magdalena Posch is a Lecturer at the University of Innsbruck, currently pursuing a PhD in Political Science. She holds multiple academic degrees from MCI including a Master of Arts in Business (Management, Communication & IT), a Master of Arts in Social Sciences (Social Work, Social Policy & Management), and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences (Nonprofit, Social & Health Management). Her teaching spans across MCI's Management, Communication & IT programs, Social Work programs, and interdisciplinary initiatives.
Her research focuses on digital ethics, disability inclusion through technology, and AI bias mitigation. Notable work includes the 'Smart Inclusion' project funded by the State of Tyrol and the Eduard Wallnöfer Foundation. She actively contributes to academic conferences, publishing on topics like AI's impact on student performance and ethical challenges in digital social work.
