Machteld de Jong

Overview

Machteld de Jong is a Professor in the Department of Diversity Issues at Inholland University of Applied Sciences since 2017. Her research focuses on diversity policy in higher education, integration debates in the Netherlands, and systemic barriers faced by marginalized groups in education and employment.
