Maaja Vadi

Maaja Vadi is a Professor of Management at the University of Tartu's School of Economics and Business Administration, affiliated with the Department of Management. She has held leadership roles including Dean (2011–2014), Head of the Chair of Management (2008–2018), and Head of the Institute of Business Administration (2005–2011). Her career spans over three decades in academia, with a focus on organizational culture, values, and innovation.
