Dr. MD Haque is an Associate Professor of Organizational Leadership and Dean of the LaFetra College of Education at the University of La Verne. He holds roles in the University Management Council and teaches in the Organizational Leadership EdD program. His research focuses on leadership dynamics in nonprofit sectors, intergenerational decision-making, virtual education leadership, and cross-cultural management. Key areas include organizational change, leadership empowerment, and challenges faced by women leaders globally.
His work explores leadership practices in diverse contexts, such as early childhood education governance and utility industry corruption. He emphasizes vision-driven organizational readiness and the role of patience in decision-making.
