MARIA TERESA CORTES TOMAS

Maria Teresa Cortes Tomas is an Associate Professor at the University of Valencia, affiliated with the Faculty of Psychology and Speech Therapy and the Department of Basic Psychology. Her research focuses on psychosocio-educational and emotional variables in prosocial behavior during childhood and adolescence, as well as psychosocial aspects of addiction processes. She earned her Doctorate from the University of Valencia with a thesis on therapeutic abandonment in alcoholics using Icek Ajzen's motivational model.
