MARIA JOSE RIDAURA MARTINEZ

MARIA JOSE RIDAURA MARTINEZ is a Professor at the Department of Constitutional Law, Faculty of Law, University of Valencia. She is affiliated with the Institute of Criminology and Criminal Science (ICCP) and previously collaborated with the OPAVAL Valencian Political Observatory.

Her research focuses on constitutional law, with emphasis on jurisprudential analysis of Spanish Constitutional Court rulings, global security, and fundamental rights. She contributes to interdisciplinary collaborations between legal and criminological frameworks.
