MARIA GARCIA VALVERDE

MARIA GARCIA VALVERDE is a Professor in the Department of Chemistry at the Universidad de Burgos, affiliated with the School of Sciences. Her research focuses on organic chemistry, particularly in bioorganic and supramolecular domains.

She earned her PhD from Universidad de Valladolid with the thesis "Estudio de la formación de litioderivados en acetales y n,o-acetales cíclicos quirales y su aplicación en síntesis estereoselectiva" (1995), supervised by Dr. Rafael Pedrosa Sáez. Currently, she contributes to the Química Avanzada PhD program at UBU.
