Lynn Ulatowski, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Biology and Program Director at LECOM School of Medicine, affiliated with Ursuline College. She specializes in molecular nutrition and vitamin E biology, focusing on its role in neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s and ALS. Dr. Ulatowski earned her BS in Molecular Biology/Biotechnology from Westminster College, and her MS in Nutrition and PhD in Molecular Nutrition from Case Western Reserve University. Her research includes vitamin E transport mechanisms in the CNS, liver fat interactions, and dietary interventions.
