Lynn Snow

Lynn Snow is a Professor of Clinical Geropsychology at the University of Alabama, jointly affiliated with the Tuscaloosa VA Medical Center where she co-chairs the UA/VA Liaison Committee.

Her research examines nursing home organizational change, dementia pain management, quality improvement interventions, and staff development. Recent NIH/VA-funded projects focus on sleep interventions, Montessori methods, and frontline staff huddling practices.

Notable publications address pain assessment in dementia, aggression prevention, and person-centered care metrics. She teaches courses on dementia perspectives, aging assessment, and introductory psychology.
