Lynn Sinclair

Lynn Sinclair is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean (Teaching and Learning) at UTS Faculty of Health, with over 30 years of clinical experience in neonatal and perinatal care. Her research focuses on improving outcomes for neonates and families through evidence-based interventions.

Research examines physiological and behavioral responses to post-surgical care, developmental care practices, and family support systems in neonatal intensive care settings.
