Lynn R. Offermann

Dr. Lynn R. Offermann is Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at George Washington University's Department of Organizational Sciences & Communication. A triple Fellow (SIOP, APA, APS), she serves on the editorial board of The Leadership Quarterly and specializes in executive coaching, multicultural leadership, and organizational development.

With extensive consultancy experience, Offermann has designed leadership programs for multinational corporations and government agencies worldwide. Her research examines leadership effectiveness across cultural contexts and team performance optimization.

She directs graduate training in organizational sciences and maintains active research collaborations globally.
