Lynn Haley

Lynn Haley is a Teaching Professor at the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Management, specializing in human resource management, organizational justice, and nonprofit leadership. She received teaching excellence awards in 2008 and 2014 and has professional experience in public and nonprofit sectors, including executive roles at the Canadian Paraplegic Association.

Her research explores turnover intent, procedural justice diagnostics, and service quality in nonprofits. She contributed to policy development for disability support programs in New Brunswick.
