Research Interests include analyzing biblical narratives as frameworks for understanding crisis, conflict, and spiritual symbolism. She explores how texts like Mark's Gospel address post-war reconciliation, discipleship dynamics, and the theological significance of wilderness experiences.
Recent Publications focus on Mark 3:13-20 (crisis narratives of the Twelve), Mark 3:1-6 (messianic interventions in post-war contexts), and Mark 1:13 (symbolism of desert animals). These works reflect her expertise in narrative theology and Christian transculturation.
Projects include leading the Decisive Meals - What is Decided at the Table symposium, which examines the intersection of biblical meals and social/political decision-making.
