Professor Lutz Oette convenes the LLM Human Rights, Conflict and Justice and MA Human Rights Law programmes at SOAS University of London's School of Law, Gender and Media. His scholarship examines foundational human rights frameworks with regional expertise in Africa and the Middle East.
