Luke Rhee

Luke Rhee is an Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship and Director of the Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Program at the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine. He previously served as an Assistant Professor at New York University and worked as a software engineer at IBM Almaden Research Center. His academic credentials include a PhD from Northwestern University, an MS from UC Berkeley, and a BS from Seoul National University.

His research lies at the intersection of behavioral strategy and organization theory, focusing on cognition, innovation, and decision-making. He is particularly known for his work on generative AI in organizational contexts, where he examines how AI mitigates cognitive constraints to enhance learning and knowledge transfer.
