Dr. Luke Perry is a Professor of Political Science at Utica University and recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Distinguished U.S. Scholar award. He will teach at Eötvös Loránd University and Pázmány Péter Catholic University in Budapest during the 2025-2026 academic year as part of the Fulbright Program.
