Luke K. Rumbaugh

Dr. Luke K. Rumbaugh is an Associate Professor in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department at Grove City College. (2013) in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Clarkson University, with a B.S.E.E. from Grove City College (2007).
