Luke Brodie

Luke Brodie is a Contract Lecturer in the Department of Creative Industries at Toronto Metropolitan University. He teaches courses such as CRI 520: Design Management, blending his professional expertise in innovation, design thinking, and organizational change with academic instruction. Brodie holds a BComm and MBA from Toronto Metropolitan University and has extensive industry experience, including roles in airline management and professional music. He has facilitated innovation programs for Fortune 500 companies globally and lectured at institutions like Rotman School of Management, ESADE, and Harvard.

His research focuses on innovation strategies, design thinking methodologies, and improving employee experience within organizations. Brodie is also passionate about organizational culture and leadership development, reflecting his dual background in business and creative industries. He speaks English, Spanish, French, and Portuguese and maintains personal interests in yoga and cooking.
