Luis Simón is a Senior Fellow and Director of the Elcano Royal Institute’s Brussels Office, alongside his role as a Research Professor of International Relations at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel. His academic background includes a PhD in Political Science from the University of London and a Master’s in European Studies from Sciences Po Paris.
