Luis Olmos Camacho

Dr. Luis Olmos Camacho is a Senior Research Professor at the Instituto de Investigación Tecnológica (IIT), Pontificia Comillas University, Spain. His research focuses on energy economics, regulation of electricity markets, and sustainable grid systems. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the same institution, with a dissertation titled “A regulatory framework for the transmission network in regional electricity markets”.
