Luis Loria Rebolledo is a Research Fellow at the University of Aberdeen, affiliated with the School of Medicine, Medical Sciences and Nutrition. He leads the Preference and Value (PAVE) team at the Health Economics Research Unit and co-directs the Scottish Experimental Economics Laboratory. His work bridges health economics, environmental economics, and stated preference methods.

His recent publications highlight DCE applications in musculoskeletal care, gender equity in vascular surgery, Net Zero NHS policies, and pharmacy-based pain management tools. He has taught the course Using Discrete Choice Experiments in Health Economics since 2017 in Aberdeen and Banff, Canada.
