Dr. Lucía Berro Pizzarossa is a Research Fellow at Birmingham Law School and an Affiliated Researcher at Harvard Law School's Petrie-Flom Center. She holds a Ph.D. in International Law from the University of Groningen, an MJur from the University of Oxford, and an LL.B. from Universidad de la República, Uruguay. Her work focuses on abortion law, social movements, and human rights, employing a socio-legal approach to analyze legal frameworks' impacts on healthcare access.
