Lucy Finchett-Maddock

Lucy Finchett-Maddock is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Exeter Law School. Her research examines property law frameworks, particularly adverse possession as a space for alternative ownership paradigms and the temporality of property within statutory limitations periods. She held a visiting researcher position at WZB Berlin focusing on law and resistance.
