Lucky Belder

Dr. Lucky Belder is an Assistant Professor at the Utrecht University School of Law, specializing in International and European Law. She holds positions at the Europa Institute and Renforce research program, and serves as secretary to the Centre for Intellectual Property Law (CIER) and Centre for Access to Autonomous Intelligence (CAAAI). Her research focuses on cultural heritage frameworks, intellectual property, technology ethics, and cultural rights. Belder leads projects like the EU-funded CULTIVATE initiative (2010-2013) and advises Dutch cultural institutions.
