Lucian Barbulescu

Mr. Lucian Barbulescu is an Assistant Professor at the University of Craiova, affiliated with the Faculty of Automatic Control, Computers and Electronics. He graduated from the same faculty in 2003 with an engineering degree in computer science, specializing in English-language instruction.
