Luca Zini

Luca Zini is an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Politics and International Relations at Florida International University's Steven J. Green School of International and Public Affairs. Born in Italy and raised in Switzerland, he earned a Master of Social Science with Distinction from the University of Stockholm, specializing in Political Science with minors in International Relations and Law.

His research examines identity politics, radicalization pathways, and state narratives' influence on political violence. Comparative work analyzes indigenous rights frameworks in Scandinavia and North America. Publications explore state manipulation of identity and phenomenological conditions of radicalization.

Dr. Zini teaches concurrently at Miami Dade College and Miami-Dade County Public Schools, enhancing regional social science education.
