Luca Gori is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pisa, teaching Third Sector Law, Environmental Law, and Immigration Law since 2016. He has also held Research Fellow roles at the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna in Pisa from 2011 to 2022, focusing on Constitutional Law and social economy entities. As Scientific Director of the Maria Eletta Martini Research Center since 2019, he investigates volunteering, Third Sector, and social enterprise legislation.
- Research Interests: Constitutional legal frameworks for the Third Sector, horizontal subsidiarity, public administration collaboration, social economy regulation, regional governance, and intersections between national/European law.

- Consultancy & Legal Roles: Legal Advisor to the Italian Council of Ministers (2018–2019), consultant for the National Third Sector Forum and Volunteering Network Association in Italy, and local coordinator for the RULESCOOP research network.
