Luca Ghidoni

Luca Ghidoni is a Full Professor of Private Law at the Department of Law, Political and International Studies, University of Parma. He holds a PhD in Legal Sciences from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and graduated with honors in Law from the University of Parma.

• Current roles: Full Professor, member of the Steering Committee for Publications Series, Bioethics Center, and Scientific Research Committees.
• Editorial roles: Member of the Editorial Board for Diritto delle successioni e della famiglia and referee committee for multiple legal journals.

His research focuses on Private Law, Family Law, Succession Law, and Bioethics, with a specialization in civil unions, testamentary revocation, and property regimes. Recent publications analyze insurance beneficiaries, adult adoption, and testamentary revocation.

Teaching includes Institutions of Private Law (Master's Degree in Law), Civil Law, Family Law, and Sports Law. He has been registered with the Parma Bar Association since 2015.
