Luca Belli is a Professor at the FGV Law School, Head of the Center for Technology and Society at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV), and Director of CyberBRICS. He also serves as an Associated Researcher at the Centre de Droit Public Comparé of Paris 2 University, Board Member of the Alliance for Affordable Internet (A4AI), and Director of CPDP LatAm.
