Luc Imhoff

Luc Imhoff is a Professor of Chemistry and Dean of the UFR Sciences and Technology of Dijon at the University of Burgundy. His research focuses on understanding the growth mechanisms of two- and three-dimensional microstructured or nanostructured materials developed via physical vapor deposition (PVD), chemical vapor deposition (CVD), and atomic layer deposition (ALD). He also specializes in designing original deposition devices and conducting fine chemical analyses of thin layers.
