Lowell Chang, MD, FACC, serves as Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine in the Department of Internal Medicine and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Radiology & Imaging Sciences at the University of Utah School of Medicine, with concurrent leadership as Chief of Cardiology at the Salt Lake VA Medical Center—a role he assumed after serving as Associate Chief from 2020-2022.
