Lourdes Albuixech

Lourdes Albuixech is an Associate Professor of Spanish in the Department of Languages, Cultures, and International Studies at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, where she also serves as Director of Graduate Studies. Her research focuses on late-medieval and early modern Spanish literature and culture, including works like Spanish sentimental romance, pastoral romance, and Cervantes studies.
