Louise Derham

Louise Derham is a part-time Senior Lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) within the Faculty of Health and Education. She has been affiliated with MMU since 2003, contributing to various teaching and academic roles. Her current role includes serving as Programme Leader for the PgDip District Nurse Apprenticeship and pursuing a PhD exploring nurse education through oral history.

Advising and Professional Contributions: As Programme Leader for the District Nurse Apprenticeship, she oversees curriculum development and student supervision. Her PhD research employs oral history to document and analyze nursing education practices.
