Lorz

Prof. Dr. Lorz (LL.M., Harvard) is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Law of Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf. He has held prominent roles including Full Professor at the same university (2000–2014) and State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Science and Art (2007–2009) and Ministry of Culture (2012–2014). Since 2014, he serves as Minister of State and Hessian Minister of Culture.
