Dr. Lorie Stagg Jacobs is an Associate Professor of Writing at the University of Houston-Clear Lake's College of Human Sciences and Humanities. She has served as co-director of First-Year Writing since 2018 and previously as a Faculty Fellow in Writing Across the Curriculum (2017-2021), organizing professional development workshops for faculty.
