Lori Lombard is a Professor and MS Coordinator in the Department of Allied and Public Health at Indiana University of Pennsylvania's College of Health Sciences. She holds a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Penn State University, along with BS and MS degrees in Speech-Language Pathology from James Madison University. Her clinical certifications include the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), Pennsylvania licensure, and specialized training in tracheoesophageal puncture voice restoration and accent reduction therapy.
Lombard teaches courses such as Speech Science, Anatomy and Physiology of Speech and Swallowing, Organic Disorders, and Voice Disorders. Her expertise spans clinical administration, professional ethics in speech-language pathology, and management of disorders related to cancer and congenital conditions. She oversees the MS program, guiding curricula and student development in evidence-based clinical practices.
