Lori Ann Ramirez is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at The University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), part of the College of Business. She joined UTA in August 2023 and teaches courses in leadership, organizational behavior, and entrepreneurship.

From 2018 to 2024, she served on the University of Houston–Downtown Alumni Council.
