Lore Baeten (BE) is a visiting language professor specializing in Arabic at the College of Europe’s EU International Relations and Diplomacy Studies Department. She holds a Master’s in Eastern Languages and Civilizations from Ghent University, with further studies at INALCO (Paris), DEAC (Cairo), and IFPO (Damascus), where she lived and worked for four years.
