Lora Warner

Lora Warner is an Associate Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, affiliated with the College of Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences and the Department of Public & Environmental Affairs. She serves as Director of the Center for Public Affairs and leads the Nonprofit Management Certificate program.

Her research focuses on program evaluation, and she teaches courses in nonprofit management, philanthropy, fundraising, marketing, health care policy, and public policy. Over 25 years, she has collaborated with the State of Wisconsin, Brown County, United Way affiliates, and foundations, emphasizing community engagement through internships and service-learning projects.

Her work addresses quality of life assessments and partnerships with public service organizations, bridging academic training with practical applications in environmental and public affairs.
