Logan Beirne

Logan Beirne is a Visiting Clinical Lecturer in Law at Yale Law School (Yale University) and CEO of Matterhorn Transactions, Inc., a legal analytics firm. He previously worked at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP as an associate. His expertise spans constitutional law, corporate governance, and legal history.

Research focuses on how historical decisions shape modern legal frameworks, particularly the U.S. Constitution.
