Liz Trosper

Liz Trosper is Assistant Professor of Instruction at the University of Texas at Dallas, affiliated with the Harry W. Bass Jr. School of Arts, Humanities, and Technology. She founded The New Painter initiative to advance creative research in digital media.

Her artistic practice centers on new media painting and virtual exhibitions, notably 'MOTHER’S ROOM'—an ongoing exploration of the womb as a spatial metaphor using immersive technologies.

Work intersects digital aesthetics, feminist theory, and experimental interfaces, expanding traditional painting into interactive and virtual domains through technological innovation.
