Livia Solaro

Livia Solaro is a Ph.D. researcher at Maastricht University's Faculty of Law, supervised by Prof. Lars van Vliet and Prof. Marta Pertegás Sender. Her work focuses on restitution of Nazi-looted art with emphasis on U.S. litigation, while teaching Art Law, Private International Law, and Comparative Property Law. She is affiliated with the Maastricht European Private Law Institute (M-EPLI) and co-founded the UM Law & Popular Culture Research Network.
