Professor Lisbeth M. Brevik serves as Professor and PhD Coordinator at the Department of Teacher Education and School Research, Faculty of Educational Sciences, University of Oslo, Norway. She also holds the significant position of Academic Chair of the European University Alliance, Circle U. With 13 years of secondary school teaching experience in Norway, she joined the University of Oslo as a Full Professor in 2021. Professor Brevik's research centers on English education and language learning, with particular expertise in video-recorded classroom research examining reading comprehension, life skills development, and gaming-enhanced language acquisition among adolescents.
