Lisa Wilson

Lisa Wilson is an Adjunct Professor at the Pennsylvania College of Art & Design (PCA&D), where she is affiliated with the Center for Creative Exploration. She has been a dedicated instructor in the youth program at PCA&D for over 20 years, fostering young artistic talent and promoting creative exploration.

Education:

• BS in Art Education, Millersville University of Pennsylvania

Her primary fields of interest include Art Education, Studio Art, and therapeutic applications of art, with a focus on found objects, oil pastels, and watercolor. Her creative practice emphasizes hands-on, experiential learning and artistic expression.

Lisa also contributes to education beyond the art studio, working as therapeutic staff support in a Life Skills classroom, integrating creativity into personal development and life skills training. Her work bridges art, education, and emotional well-being.

Lisa is actively engaged in her community and personal art practice. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and two dogs. Her long-standing commitment to youth art education reflects her passion for nurturing creativity across generations.
