Lisa Spainhour

Lisa Spainhour, Ph.D., P.E., is Chair and Professor of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the Florida A&M University-Florida State University College of Engineering. Her expertise spans transportation safety, crash analysis, and civil applications of composite materials. She leads the Center for Transportation and Public Safety. Spainhour holds a Ph.D., M.S., and B.S. in Civil Engineering from North Carolina State University (1989-1994).
