Lisa Singh

Dr. Lisa Singh is Professor of Computer Science at Georgetown University with joint appointment in the McCourt School of Public Policy. She directs the Massive Data Institute (MDI) and specializes in data-centric computing.

Research interests include data mining, privacy-preserving analytics, computational social science, and network analysis. Current projects examine forced migration patterns, social media analysis for policy insights, and privacy implications of online data trails.

Recent work integrates multi-source data to model human displacement during conflicts and develops tools for digital footprint awareness. Research has been supported by NSF, ONR, and social science partnerships.
