Lisa Rowe is an Associate Professor and PGR Director for doctoral programs (PhD/DBA/DProf) at Chester Business School, University of Chester. She oversees doctoral research activities and develops executive education programs.
Education:

- PgCE Teaching in Higher Education, University of Chester (2013–2015)
Research Interests: Centers on lifelong learning, leadership resilience, hybrid work environments, and talent management. Recent publications analyze workplace learning, automation impacts, and educational reform.
Teaching: Supervises negotiated work-based projects in leadership, coaching, talent management, and resilience. Leads modules in applied business and reflective practice.
Service: Chairs the Ethics Committee and has led curriculum development initiatives. Currently directs the QAA-funded project: 'Student Intrapreneur and Entrepreneur Toolkit and Community of Practice' (2023–2024).
